✨ UG FYP 2026 Flow & Guidelines ✨


Dear undergraduate final year student👩‍🎓👨‍🎓


📚Please refer to the workflow below to guide your submission process:



1️⃣ STEP 1: Abstract Submission

🗓️ Deadline: 17 May 2026

Submit your abstract for review by the secretariat:

2️⃣ STEP 2: Notification of Acceptance & Paper ID Assignment

🗓️ By: 25 May 2026

You will receive your acceptance status, along with your assigned paper ID.




3️⃣ STEP 3: Full Paper & Poster Submission

🗓️ Deadline: 30 May 2026

Please submit the following via the same abstract submission link above in Step 1:


1. Full paper (8 to 10 pages)

2. Poster


Kindly name your files according to the assigned paper ID.

Your supervisor (SV) will be listed as the corresponding author.




4️⃣ STEP 4: Presentation Slot Announcement

🗓️ By: 3 June 2026

Your presentation details (panel, date, and time) will be shared.




📍 Event Dates: 8 – 11 June 2026

📍 Venue: Dewan Tunku Canselor, Universiti Malaya
