UMStepUP is a four‑day premier career event alongside UM iFEST Festival, running from 8–11 June 2026 at Dataran DTC, Universiti Malaya. The event targets final‑year students and internship seekers, offering a dynamic platform to connect directly with premium and big companies from both science and social science streams.

Career Booths – Students can explore real‑time job openings, submit resumes directly to recruiters, and gain insights into company cultures, entry requirements, and career pathways from premium industry players.

Mentor Hot Seat – One‑on‑one personalised guidance from industry leaders helps students clarify career goals, identify skill gaps, receive honest feedback, and build a clear action plan for their professional journey.

Mock & Walk‑in Interviews – Participants experience authentic interview scenarios, practice answering industry‑relevant questions, receive immediate constructive feedback, and may even secure job offers on the spot.
