 Flow of Submission for UG FYP 2026 

1️⃣ STEP 1: Abstract Submission

🗓️ Deadline: 17 May 2026

Submit your abstract for review by the secretariat:   https://forms.gle/JGtAYM6coXDPC3yC9

2️⃣ STEP 2: Notification of Acceptance & Paper ID Assignment

🗓️ By: 25 May 2026

You will receive your acceptance status, along with your assigned paper ID.

3️⃣ STEP 3: Full Paper & Poster Submission

🗓️ Deadline: 30 May 2026

Please submit the following:

1. Full paper (8 to 10 pages)

2. Poster

Kindly name your files according to the assigned paper ID.

Your supervisor (SV) will be listed as the corresponding author.

📄 Full Paper Submission: 5 June 2026 (EXTENDED)

⚠️ Please note that submissions made after 5 June 2026 will be subject to a mark deduction.

📝 For publication consideration, kindly submit your full paper by Week 15.

Mark Allocation:

* Presentation – 75%

* Poster – 10%

* Full Paper – 5%

* Extended Abstract – 10%

These are the final deadlines. Submit early to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
